Liposuction cannula is moved back and forth in a controlled motion for loosening the excess fat which is removed by high negative vacuum suction machine. Suction is stopped when no fat is seen coming from the area.

After that by enlarging the incision the excess breast tissue is removed, in some cases areolas are also reduced if the skin is excess and skin excision is done if the skin is very loose. Most of the incision lines will be healed within natural contour while in some cases there will be fine line which will fade with time.
